Third-party service providers

We use service providers to run the Platform and share only the data needed for them to perform their function: Cloudflare (hosting, databases and image storage), Razorpay (payment processing for rentals and wallet top-ups), WhatsApp Business / Meta (login OTP and order messages), OneSignal (push notifications), Sentry (crash and performance diagnostics), and Fashn.ai (AI virtual try-on image processing). Some of these providers process data on servers outside India. We do not sell your personal data.

AI Virtual Try-On

If you use virtual try-on, you upload a photo of yourself, which is sent to our servers and to our AI processing provider Fashn.ai to generate a preview of you wearing the selected item. We store the uploaded photo and the generated result so you can view them in "My Try-Ons". Uploaded person and garment images are automatically purged after 30 days; generated results are kept until you delete them or delete your account. Only use this feature with your own photo, and only share the result if you are comfortable making it public — anyone with the shared link can view it. Do not use the feature to process another person's photo without their consent.

You may also action a deletion request through the contact below; see our Data Deletion Instructions.

We retain booking and payment records after account deletion only as long as required for accounting, tax, fraud-prevention and legal obligations, and we keep fully anonymised data for analytics. Otherwise we retain your personal data / information for a period no longer than is required for the purpose for which it was collected or as required under any applicable law. We may refuse or delay deletion where there is a pending grievance, claim, shipment or other service obligation. We do not use this retained data to re-identify you.
